The rider who is looking for higher performance wheel and wishes to get upgrade as for weight, than this is a great choice. It's also a good choice for the rider who currently has set of performance wheels like Shimano 6700 or Fulcrum Alloys and looking for a more technical wheel to conquer the hilly roads or circuits.

The rider who is looking for a strong peformance touring type wheel, then this wheel is not likely for them. I would suggest more like the Mavic Kyserium or Shimano 6700.
