Once we receive confirmation from you, we will immediately send out your orders to the manufacturers. Please be aware that at that time, we will require a partial deposit.

As soon as we have received the parts from the maker we will contact you. Afterwards, we will have you bring your bike in and begin work on it. At this time we will have you confirm the parts and how you would like them on your bike.

Once we have replaced the parts on your bike we will contact you. When we do so, we will ask you when you are available to come in.

When you come in, we will explain to you how to use the new parts and tell you anything you need to watch out for. After you have checked everything on the bike, if there doesn't seem to be any problems we will calculate the final cost and return your bike to you.

Finally, by riding the bike, the parts we exchanged on your bike may get some wear and tear and occasionally are unable to have the same kind of performance that they had when the parts were first installed.

At our shop we offer one year free examination for your bike. For a bike to remain in good condition for as long as possible, these examinations are very important. If you would like this, please feel free to ask one of our staff about it.
